The WikiXDC conference, a celebration of the 10th anniversary of Wikipedia's founding, was held on January 22, 2011. The conference was hosted by the National Archives and Records Administration, and focused on collaboration between the Wikimedia community and various cultural and educational institutions in the Washington, DC area.
