:1. Paragraph 2 of Resolution No. 2.B10.12 regarding the Fundraising Committee, as adopted on the Board of Directors on July 21, 2012, is amended by striking ", and shall serve as the Chair of said committee in the same capacity".

1. <u>Composition</u>. Each advisory committee shall consist of several persons who may, but need not, be Directors.

The proposal shall cover all or part of the planned program expenses as deemed necessary. The Committee may submit additional proposals through such process with the approval of the President.
 
:2. The Committee shall prepare an annual fundraising plan within 60 days of the approval of the annual budget by the members. The plan shall detail strategies to be adopted for the purposes of generating sufficient revenue to cover the costs of Wikimedia District of Columbia's operations for the given fiscal year. The plan shall also address long-term considerations of Wikimedia District of Columbia's fundraising infrastructure and donor constituencies.
 
:3. The Committee shall submit monthly reports to the Board of Directors, documenting the Committee's progress.
