Wikimedia DC is beginning a pilot program to provide editors with funding to buy books. You can apply for up to $500 here, and we will get back to you ASAP with a response.

Who is eligible: Anyone in the United States is eligible. You do not have to be a member of Wikimedia DC. You must be an active Wikipedia editor; participating on English Wikipedia is not required.

What we can provide: We will provide you your requested books to use in improving Wikipedia!

Process: You fill out the application. We respond and let you know if your grant request is accepted, waitlisted, or rejected. If you are accepted, we will then ask for your name and address so we can send books to you.
