|description = NMWA will join with its partner, Wikimedia DC, to mark Wikipedia's 20th anniversary with the museum's eighth Art+Feminism edit-a-thon focused on improving Wikipedia entries related to notable women artists and art world figures. We will work to enrich the representation of women artists of color, with an emphasis on women of African descent whose work is included in NMWA's collection.

This event is part of a global initiative to help right Wikipedia’s gender imbalance. In 2019, at least 4,360 Art+Feminism participants created or enhanced over 31,500 Wikipedia pages.
  +
  +
No experience necessary—just be ready with your computer, a motivation to combat gender bias, and a belief in equal access to quality information resources. People of all gender identities and expressions are invited to participate.

|description = Welcome to the fourth annual WikiGap Campaign! Join us in celebrating International Women's Day, by working for concrete change: editing and creating Wikipedia articles, and making women more visible online.
  +
  +
We will kick off the WikiGap Challenge, give the floor to experts on gender policies and rights, learn how to edit Wikipedia – or for those of you who already know, spend the time with making some concrete action.
  +
  +
The event will take place via Zoom. Everyone who has registered will receive a Zoom link after registration closes. The initial parts will be livestreamed on Wikimedia Sverige social media platforms, but the following editathon will be restricted to pre-registered users.

|description = The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), enacted by Congress in 2011, is a comprehensive update of federal food safety laws. It addresses preventable foodborne illness, monitors the global food supply chain, and ensures human and animal food safety. Rather than a system that responds to foodborne illness, FSMA works to prevent it. Following its enactment, the FDA created seven comprehensive new regulations to enforce the law. These regulations touch on nearly every aspect of the food supply chain.
  +
  +
We will start the day with remarks from Paul Wester, Director of the National Agricultural Library, and follow with a panel of guests who will speak about the history, context, and future of FSMA. Following the speakers, we will hold a training session for those new to - or need a refresher on - Wikipedia editing. A worklist of FSMA topics and pages will be provided, including growing, harvesting, packing, and holding of produce; mandatory controls for food facilities; and monitoring and corrective action of intentional adulteration of food.
  +
  +
To close the day, we will hold a question and answer session.
  +
  +
This event is presented by the National Agricultural Library with support from Wikimedia DC.
