The following text comprises a proposed amendment and restatement of the Bylaws of Wikimedia District of Columbia, and reflects a number of changes recommended by our pro-bono legal counsel.  The Board of Directors has recommended that the members of Wikimedia DC approve this amendment as part of the February 2013 election cycle.
