* 2. Special Meetings. Special Meetings of the members may be called by the President, the Secretary, a majority of the directors on the Board, or by a petition signed by either <del>the lesser of</del> seventy-five (75) members or twenty-five percent (25%) of the then-existing membership. Business transacted at a Special Meeting of the members shall be confined to the purpose or purposes stated in the notice of the Special Meeting.

My q's: (Present, or attending?   Attending could be by phone)  (Why not "half"?)

My requests: "Having been"  Why "three (3)" not "three"?
