Resolution
1. The Delegation of Authority Policy is amended by appending the following text to Article III, Paragraph 9:
- This provision shall not apply to general commercial liability insurance policies obtained for the purpose of meeting the minimum insurance coverage requirements imposed by venues which host Corporation events.
