University edit-a-thons: Wikimedia DC has partnered with The George Washington University, the University of Maryland, American University and others on private and public Wikimedia events that empowered librarians, faculty, and students to contribute collections and content to the world's largest online encyclopedia. See past events.
Intern trainings: Wikimedia DC offers Wikimedia engagement training workshops to organizations and agencies employing seasonal or full-time student or non-student interns. Interns learn to edit Wikipedia and engage with other Wikimedia projects.
