The Board of Directors has established committees to aid the operation of Wikimedia DC.
Audit
The Audit Committee exists to ensure adequate fiscal responsibility. Per the Bylaws, the Audit Committee must have at least three members.

Election
The Election Committee is responsible for running the annual Board election and any special elections. Functions include receiving candidacy statements, determining candidate eligibility, preparing ballots, and counting ballots. The Secretary serves as the committee's chair; the other members serve one-year terms.

Technical
The Technical Committee oversees the website and other technological endeavors of Wikimedia DC.
