The Board of Directors of Wikimedia DC is assisted by a number of standing, special, and advisory committees, each of which is responsible for a specific area of the organization's business. The members of each committee are appointed by the Board, and each committee reports to the Board during its regular meetings.
Audit Committee
The Audit Committee is a standing committee, responsible for conducting an annual review of the financial records of Wikimedia DC.
