The Board of Directors of Wikimedia DC is assisted by a number of committees, each of which is responsible for a specific area of the organization's business. The members of each committee are appointed directly by the Board, and each committee reports to the Board during its regular meetings.

Audit

The Audit Committee is responsible for conducting an annual review of the financial records of Wikimedia DC. The committee was established by Article VIII, Section 2 of the Bylaws as adopted on May 7, 2011.
