- Thank you for pointing this out. I agree Wikimedia DC should not discriminate on gender identity grounds, and it is a regrettable oversight that it was not included in the original policy. I propose the following amendment for the next Board meeting:
- 1. The Non-Discrimination Policy is amended:
- a. By removing "sexual orientation, sexual identity," and inserting "sexual orientation or identity, gender identity or expression," in its place in In Article II, Paragraph 1; and
- b. By inserting "gender identity or expression, " after both instances of " sexual orientation," in Article VI, Paragraph 3.
