The Board of Directors will meet to conduct its regular business. Wikimedia DC members and the general public are invited. The meeting will be on zoom, here. Agenda: determining bylaws resolutions to recommend to members so we can finalize the annual member balot, and deciding on details of a call for consulting services to address our strategic planning.
