1. The President is authorized to prepare and submit a grant application to the Wikimedia Foundation to host a seminar for the purpose of training people to hold Wikipedia-editing training workshops in accordance with best practices (the "Training"). This grant application may include funding for travel for domestic and international participants.
2. The Treasurer is authorized to disburse, as cash, a per diem allowance, pursuant to the Travel Policy, to individuals who are awarded travel scholarships to attend the Training, provided that said allowance is no more than 75% of the amount authorized by the Travel Policy.
