Kevin Payravi

Kevin Payravi is a software engineer in Dallas, Texas who has been editing Wikipedia since 2007. A graduate of The Ohio State University, he created Wikipedia Connection, a student group which engages students, staff, faculty, and institutions with Wikimedia projects. He has been a key volunteer in the Wikimedia movement and is a driving force behind Wikipedia Asian Month and the annual WikiConference North America, scheduled for Ohio State in 2018. He was named Volunteer of the Year for 2017 by Wikimedia District of Columbia and was invited to join the Board of Directors in 2018.
