Amendment to the Membership Policy

The Membership Policy is amended:

(a) By striking "ten dollars ($10)" in Article II, Paragraph 1, and inserting "five dollars ($5)".
(b) By striking Article II, Paragraphs 3 and 4 and inserting:
3. Renewal of Membership. A member may renew his or her membership during the 30 days prior or following the end of his or her membership term (the "Renewal Period") by remitting to the Corporation a sum equal to the annual membership dues. Upon receipt of such payment, the member's term of membership shall be extended by a period of twelve months, which period shall commence upon the day the member's term of membership was to have ended. No such payment remitted prior to the Renewal Period shall constitute a renewal of membership.
4. Expiration of Membership. A member who fails to renew his or her membership during the Renewal Period shall cease to be a member, and shall be required to file a new application for membership.
