Status: Draft

1. The Board of Directors hereby approves these amendments to the Bylaws and recommends to the members of the Corporation that the Bylaws be so amended:

(i) Amendment language
(ii) Amendment language

2. The Board of Directors instructs the Secretary to prepare and deliver a ballot to the members of the Corporation for the purpose of approving said amendments to the Bylaws by August 15, 2015.
