The [[Communications Policy]] is amended by replacing Article III, Paragraph 5(a) with the following:

:(a) <u>Statements Concerning Candidates for Public Office</u>. No Social Media Statement supporting or opposing any person holding public office, or any candidate for such office, shall be made.
