1. The position of U.S. GLAM Community Coordinator ("Coordinator") shall be a paid, part-time contract position filled from July 2015 to June 2016. The term of engagement may be postponed or extended at the discretion of the President, provided that sufficient funding is available.

2. The role of the Coordinator shall be to assist Wikimedia District of Columbia in its conduct of its cultural partnership programs, consistent with the [[Annual plan (2014–2015)|Annual Plan]]. The Coordinator shall report to the President, who shall be responsible for defining the day-to-day tasks of the Coordinator. The Coordinator shall consult with the Cultural Partnerships Advisor ("Advisor"), and shall meet with the Advisor on a regular basis. The Coordinator shall submit a monthly written report to the President, detailing the outputs of the program and progress toward the program's established goals.
