Sure! All reports are indexed on meta:Wikimedia chapters/Reports − I took the liberty of starting meta:Wikimedia chapters/Reports/Wikimedia District of Columbia. And from there you make as many subpages as needed. :) Jean-Frédéric (talk) 18:06, 10 February 2013 (EST)
