The [[Technology Access Policy]] is amended by inserting the following text as Paragraph 5 of Article V:

Below is a proposed amendment to add to our [[Technology access policy]] as Article V.5. It addresses spam pages and accounts. By documenting this policy online, we can wikilink to it in the comments associated with blocks or deletions on wikidc.org and other chapter web sites.

Authorized chapter members may immediately delete accounts, pages, and edits on chapter websites that do not clearly meet this mission-oriented criterion.

Resolution

The Technology Access Policy is amended by inserting the following text as Paragraph 5 of Article V:

5. Termination of Website Access. Wikimedia DC's public websites are intended to support activities conducted by Wikimedia DC staff and volunteers in furtherance of Wikimedia DC's charitable mission. Authorized Wikimedia DC staff or volunteers may immediately delete accounts, pages, and edits on any Wikimedia DC website that do not meet this criterion.
