Location undetermined. NYC? Depends where the core people would come from. We can perhaps get a grant to cover some travel expenses since the Foundation wants (I assume) to see diverse projects.
Would want to offer training, e.g. how to get PDF documents into the right format ; how to clip the diagrams and pictures appropriately. Etc.
