This budget lists Wikimedia DC's planned revenues and expenses for its fiscal year, which began on October 1, 2024 and will end on September 30, 2025. Figures are estimates. WMDC uses accrual basis accounting, which means we record revenue when it is earned and expenses when they are incurred, regardless of when cash is exchanged, in order to effectively match revenues with expenses.
