We made small changes to the bylaws in 2015, and will consider new small ones in 2022. Any changes go into effect only if the membership approves by ballot.

By phone, we've been told that our status as a tax-deductible 501(c)(3) has been reinstated as of about 8 Dec 2022, but we can't quite prove it yet with documentation.
