Final report and invoice due to Hacks/Hackers on ARTT Guide project, phase II. Peter is on the case, but late; time-sensitive
North American Hub research report due to public and WMF MSIG grantors. Peter and Ariel have started. Not time-sensitive

Due to WMF AffCom on Feb 28: Annual activities report and Annual financial report. Our past ones have always been seen as acceptable. Berlin summit of WMF affiliates. John, Kevin P, and Peter are going. Requires some preparation, not coordination necessarily

Prep to file for annual or multi-year grant from WMF to fund routine operations (when to start? when due?)
Reporting on our big annual grant back to WMF. Sara knows the responsibilities. We should report for all on strategic planning efforts. (When due? Jan 2025 or sooner?)

Review who will be eligible to vote in our election ; sent gentle reminders to folks who might want to renew membership, but haven't
