- Election: usually organized in Sept, gather candidates and ballot proposals in Oct, voting in Nov, results known and announced in December
- late in year: Hold annual membership meeting; de facto we've been doing this in the Jan-March time period
- Taxes due each Feb 15; the Form 990, along with Schedule A, B, and O.
- Upload all but schedule B to this site
