1. The Fiscal Control Policy is amended by replacing each instance of "his or her" with "their" and by replacing each instance of "he or she" with "they".

2. The Grants Policy is amended by replacing each instance of "his or her" with "their".

3. The Travel Policy is amended by replacing each instance of "his or her" with "their" and by replacing each instance of "he or she" with "they".

4. The Delegation of Authority Policy is amended by replacing each instance of "his or her" with "their".

5. The Conflict of Interest Policy is amended by replacing each instance of "he or she" with "they".

6. The Volunteer Policy is amended by replacing each instance of "his or her" with "their".

7. The Membership Policy is amended by replacing each instance of "his or her" with "their".

8. The Safe Space Policy is amended by replacing each instance of "his or her" with "their".
