A "meeting of the minds," the event will make federal research agencies aware of Wikipedia's community and practices, while introducing Wikipedia's community to the resources that these agencies have to offer.
WHSRD is made possible through the support of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), in its role as the agency designated, by statute, to lead national research and outreach for preventing work-related injury and illness.
